Kevin Liéndo

Kevin Liéndo is a chef with a passion for cooking that began at a young age. He started working in the kitchen at the age of fourteen and has since gained a lot of experience, both in the kitchen and in serving guests. He always wanted to become a chef, but also found it important to understand the front of the restaurant, so he also worked as a restaurant manager for a few years. His experience on both sides of the restaurant has helped him to bring the kitchen experience to the guests’ table. Kevin joined The Harbour Club after providing support as an interim sous chef. After a while, he was given the opportunity to work full-time as Head Chef, which he considers a great challenge

As a Chef, Kevin is known for his focus on guest experience and his ability to convey his passion for cooking to his team. He believes that a Chef’s success depends on the enthusiasm and dedication of his team.

At The Harbour Club, everything revolves around a festive experience. The menu is carefully crafted and uses the best ingredients from trusted suppliers. Kevin’s specialty lies in highlighting the essence of products through minimal preparation, with a special love for butter.
